Refund policy
At 9Dimension Lab, every product is carefully manufactured and inspected before dispatch. As most of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preferences.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges on products once they have been delivered.
However, if you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect product
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the issue.
After verification, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund, at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Made-to-order products
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production or dispatch has started.
Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
